Showpony Express is the first album from Showpony Express Duo featuring Samantha Bellamy and Ray Pratley. Six of the twelve tracks are originals written by  Samantha and Ray.

With  Truckies song reaching number 5 position and sitting in the charts for 9 weeks and  multiple songs making chart appearances the album has been popular with listeners.

The album saw the duo with multiple finalist positions in various awards and took out the Brumby Award for Instrumentalist of The Year.

The album is a mixture of traditional and modern country with half the album being vocal and half being instrumental. There is a jazz influenced instrumental  version of the country classic "Crazy" and a  spine tingling vocal version of "On the Inside"

The album is proving very popular with four original tracks leading the way "Possum Gully", "Truckies Song", "Rabbit Flats" and "Showpony Express"
